SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND ACCESS

Blankedge Private Limited may transfer your personal information and submitted content uploaded by you, and that Virsa FM website/app collect from you, to third party certified and secure servers used by us for processing and storing. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. Blankedge Private Limited will take all reasonable steps to make sure that your data is treated securely without any loss, misuse or alteration of information and in agreement with this Privacy Policy. Virsa FM secures the information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the app and visiting your account profile page. You may request a copy of the personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 2018. We will do the needful within a reasonable time.

While you can terminate your account at any time, your information may remain stored in archive on our servers even after the deletion or termination of your account as long as the same is required to be retained by law. However, we will not sell, transfer, or use the information relating to the terminated account of an individual in any way.

The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore Blankedge Private Limited cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk.
