EULA and Terms of Use

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Virsa FM mobile application (the "App"), owned and operated by Virsa FM, a part of Blankedge Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), located at VPO Udhoke near Gagan Medical Store, Tehsil Baba Bakala, District Amritsar, 143119. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Virsa FM application.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Account Registration and Management

Users must register an account to access certain features of the App.
The minimum age for using the App is 18 years old.
You are responsible for providing accurate registration details and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately using the contact details provided.

LICENSE GRANT AND RESTRICTIONS

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on one device per license, solely for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Share, sublicense, or transfer your license.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code.
The license duration is based on a monthly or yearly subscription model.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND USAGE

All content, including audiobooks and ebooks, within the App is owned by Virsa FM.
Users are not permitted to upload content to the App.

PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY

The App offers in-app purchases.
All sales are final, and refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

APP DISTRIBUTION AND THIRD-PARTY TERMS

Virsa FM is distributed through third-party platforms, including Apple App Store and Google Play.
The terms and conditions of these platforms apply alongside this Agreement.

DATA HANDLING AND PRIVACY

Virsa FM has a separate Privacy Policy that governs how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review the Privacy Policy separately on our website or within the App.

TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

Users have the right to close their accounts at any time by contacting us at the provided email address.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of hacking, suspicious activity, or violations of this Agreement, without prior notice.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virsa FM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Punjab, India.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Amritsar, Punjab.

CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes implies your acceptance of the modified terms.
